Pen-Shield P21 is an acrylic curing compound, concrete dust proofer and sealer used as a base coat for Pen Shield PR24 and Pen Shield AC25, it is ideal for external driveways, light industrial floors, warehousing and car parking areas.
Pen Shield P21 has excellent adhesion to freshly placed concrete.
